California Compliance Training.

If your organization has employees in California, then it may be required to comply with California’s anti-harassment training law. California law AB 1825 mandates that employers with 50 or more employees, at any location, provide managers and supervisors in California with two hours of sexual harassment training every two years. Responding to the needs of clients to comply with AB 1825, The Weinstein Firm adapted its SmartMoves® Anti-Harassment training program to meet the curriculum requirements of AB 1825 and offers on-site training to supervisors and other employees working in California.
