Deborah Weinstein founded The Weinstein Firm because she felt that legal, administrative, management and workforce issues were best addressed by her clients as critical elements to the overall success of their organizations. She wanted to help her clients to transform themselves and the people who work for them through improved leadership, better teamwork, management and administration, and by having the right policies, procedures, and compliance measures in place.

She designed the firm’s proprietary SmartMoves® training programs to help clients become more successful by building better workforces. She developed the firm’s Well Company Checkup, a program to make sure that clients are doing everything right. And she created the firm's Delivering Diversity Scorecard, a methodology for organizational diversity studies and assessments.
